• Plant output 4-6 MT/HR (With 4mm sieve in hammer mill).
• Double screen Hammer Mill working on 20 HP with VFD controlled Rotary Van Feeder.
• Single Shaft paddle Mixer working on 20 HP with outstanding mixing efficiency in 7 minutes.
• Heavy duty Helical Gear Box with heavy duty bearings & Oil Seals to prevent leakage. Oil Level gauge is also provided.
• Magnetic grill (Earth Rod Magnets) at intake weighing System is provided.
• Equipped with bucket elevators with heavy gauge buckets, MRF make nylon-rubber belting for long life without elongation, with belt drive or directly coupled gear motors.
• Batch bin above mixer and hammer mill with sight glass for level observation
• Minimum space and height required
• Batch bin and feed mixer having access doors for inspection and cleaning.
• Semi Automatic oil/Molasses spray system for appropriate dosing each batch.
• Equipped with small hopper for addition of Premix & micro ingredients directly into mixer
• Equipped with Well Designed, Safe Working Electrical Panel.
• Equipped with By-Pass hopper at the intake of 2nd elevator for addition of non-grindable material into mixer.
• Bagging is done manually (Auto Bagging can be added as per requirement).
